Warranty Claims
All NEBO products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
If the product is found to be defective during the warranty period it will be replaced free of charge. Should the product be discontinued it will be replaced with an item of equal value. The warranty does not cover: water damage, improper handling, battery life, bulbs, colour clarity, colour finish, accidents or wear and tear.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims. To make a warranty claim we require you to complete the form below giving full details of the fault you have experienced together with images of the faulty product and proof of purchase.
On receipt of your completed claim we will endeavor to process it within 10 working days. Should we require any further information to process your claim we will contact you.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not supply any spare parts for our products.
